We do not predetermine how many still will be included. We simply take as many shots as is necessary to market your listing properly. If you beleive that we have not represented the property well, we will discuss our reasoning and return for more shots if necessary. |

Yes, If you require the actual video file, call us and we will post it to your personal web folder. We do not normally include this file in the gallery because it resides on a subcontracted video server that specializes in HD video streaming. |

How do I get delivery of my tour? |

We create a Personal Web Folder of each Client. Your galleries will be uploaded to this secured folder and can be accessed via any web browser. You can also grant access to this folder to any of your other vendors who may need these photo files. |

How long does it take to get my tour after the shoot? |

Normally we can have your gallery ready for you within 24-48 hours of your shoot. If you have a mission critical need for fast turnaround, please let us know. |

Can I put the tour on my website? |

Yes, we can supply you with an "embed" code or the actual file for your site. You own the visual contact of our shoots. We only ask for permission to use them for marketing purposes if desired. |

We can embed "metadata" or words that are specifically targeted at search engine spiders. At or before your shoot, please make specific comments about the property so that we can enter the key words into the gallery during processing. |
