The property must be in show condition upon arrival. All personal items that you do not wish in the photos should be removed. All lights should be on for the photo shoot. The photographer will pickup or move small items within reason. If the photo shoot is delayed for any reason, FIF will charge an additional incremental fee based on $75 per hour. The photographer is not repsonsible for turning off lights or securing property. FIF retains copyrights to all visual content created for this project. Permission for use of these visuals not associated with this project must be obtained by FIF.
