Images are NOT a byproduct of a "Work-for Hire" agreement.
B)
Flash it First is the sole copyright holder, unless otherwise specified.
C)
Unlicensed usage is considered a copyright infringement.
D)
Images are licensed to the client for property sales marketing use and may not be transferable.
E)
All proprietary tutorials or other conveyed information in image products are the proprety of the client.
F)
Client agrees to allow FIF to use images containing "E)" for marketing purposes.
